Chamonix temporary ban on wingsuits?

Found this while searching the web. I don't know the credibility of this news page, but if true could affect some people on this forum. While I am still a student just trying to learn skydiving, I may want start using a wingsuit one day.

Unless you happen to be a wingsuit base jumper in Chamonix currently in Chamonix I would not worry about this. The ban is not surprising. Wingsuit BASE environment is very different from Skydiving in terms of risk and record.
