Yes. One time on the ground to test them.

I regretted it shortly thereafter.

a couple of times now.
Once was when my zips caught on the sleeve of my sweat shirt.
Second was when my zip gathered up enough of my skin that I couldn't quickly clear it and of course, I was low (which was probably why I was unzipping so fast in the first place.

Yes, line twists, broken zipper on an old Birdman classic, and when I was unable to immediately unzip on a wingsuit BASE.

Basically if there is any hesitation in the zipping motion I cutaway the wings.

Yes, twice...

- WS BASE low pull (S-Fly Expert)
- WS BASE linetwists (Viper) right before hitting a tree and landing on a nice grassy rooftop. :)

I did it for fun on a V2 just to see how it would go. I have had several jumps in the last year where Ive unzipped my leg wings and not my arm wings which is kind of weird. I do love technology :)

Hmmm... Why would I?

I've done ~60 WS BASE jumps flying the Viper so far and the only linetwist I had was due to pitching after a turn to avoid traffic (paragliders and two other BASE canopies).

487 Wingsuit jumps - 1 time (jump 400 something). My longsleeve locked up the zipper. At that point I was happy I had the Quick release.

Once at about 300ish jumps or so when I had linetwists and my P2z left armwing zipper jammed below the elbow in that piece of ZP fabric that was there to protect your skin. Always nice to have the option.
