verticalflyer 11 #6 October 18, 2011 Pack job same as usual, no rotation, no modified container, no extended bridle or increased PC. Symmetry in pack job body and deployment worked so far. I use a Spectre 120 for my wingsuit jumps loaded at 1.5lb/sqft no issues in last 1000 wingsuit jumps.Dont just talk about it, Do it! Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

MrCat 0 #8 October 19, 2011 I love my spectre 170 :) I can pack for myself but tend to use packers (lets not get into why). The only issue I have had was with one packer that was used to packing a slow opening for a cameraman. When they packed for me I tended to get twists on opening. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tU_3pzg-Jx4 We tried various combinations of packing (more line in container, more/less rolling of the nose) but nothing cured it until I spotted how they packed my pilot chute. They wrapped the pilot chute very very tightly before putting it in the pocket. Next jump I re-packed the pilot chute a lot looser after they had packed it and no more twists !Jump more, post less.
