This drop zone is new, but as of July 2015, it is the only DZ within 100 miles of Knoxville that caters to sport skydiving. And although the DZ is new, they have a very experienced staff for tandem and AFF. DZO Mikeal Stevens has been jumping since he was a kid and is and always has been very passionate about the sport. Local jumpers are very friendly and love to jump with visitors. No doubt this DZ will be sporting a turbine in the near future.
