This is one well put together organization. The classroom facilities are adequate, the instructors professional, and staff couteous and friendly, the aircraft obviously well maintained and clean. The overall professionalism of this organization gives you the feeling that you can start skydiving with confidence! Extremely important when you step to the door of the aircraft for the first time and look down. Great experience!

My son & I decided to go skydiving for his 18th birthday & our experience was EXCELLENT since we arrived. We took the AFF Solo 6 hour training with John Wright who made the class fun while getting us ready for our first jump. While we had to wait a few hours for cloud coverage to clear up, we conversed with the owner John who joined my son & I in our experience. Used a facility in Greensburg last time and was much more impressed with Startskydivings facility, professionalism, prdive staging area, rear departure plane and I can't say enough about my instructor Ray who more than made up for my lame instructor in Greensburg. I definitely plan on taking advantage of a $99 2nd dive special with Startskydiving once I find another friend who wants to go with me.

This was the first time I had ever done tandem skydiving. At no point was I not enjoying myself. My instructor made me feel completely comfortable and safe as well as kept the atmosphere fun and exciting so I could fully enjoy the experience.

I went skydiving for the first time with start skydiving. I had to wait 5 and half hours because of the weather because they cared about our safety. It was worth the wait and the experience that the staff had showed greatly. They were willing to answer any questions and address any concerns even if things were a little hectic. They were also very friendly and wanted to make sure your enjoyed your time skydiving. I would recommend anyone to visit start skydiving and enjoy the wonderful experience I had.

This was my first time sky diving ever. I was a nervous wreck, as was my mother before we arrive. It was a cloudy day, so we obviously had to wait for it to clear up before we could jump. As we waited, one of the instructors came over and talked to us. He comforted us, made both of us less nervous, and told us all about himself. By the time the jump came, we were both ready. He went over instructions very well on what to do and was super exciting. Even though these people have been jumping for years, they acted just as excited as me. It was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone willing.

Having never jumped before I found that Start Skydiving was the best place to take a leap onto a new experience and celebrate a new step in life. Everyone was super nice and I liked the packages they offer for documenting the jump. Going with friends gets you so hyped, but the fact that the instructors love what they're doing makes the jump especially cool... kind of distracts you from freaking out and just enjoy the ride! I'll be back!

I made my first tandem skydive last Thursday and can not put into words how much fun it was. It was a gift from my husband for my 62nd birthday. I can't thank my TA Lonnie enough for making the jump with me and to Kyle for capturing it all on video. You both made this a memory that I will never forget. I will be back to make another jump, maybe on my 63rd birthday. After seeing my video, I have 8 or 9 relatives who want to come with me the next time and jump too. If you have ever considered a skydive, just do it, it's never to late, and sooo much fun. Everyone at StartSkydiving are very professional and truly enjoy what they do. I would not even consider going anywhere else. Thank's again to Lonnie and Kyle and everyone at StartSkydiving. You are the very best!!! Vickie Briggs

My first skydive was a tandem. I loved it so much I returned the following week to do a solo jump. Since skydiving kind of runs in the family, I decided I would start my journey towards a skydiving license. I signed up for the AFF first solo jump. I went to ground training with a very knowledgeable instructor then was paired up with two D license instructors. We reviewed all the commands and what would happen. They were very helpful to answer my questions I had. Once in the air, there was no turning back. The fall went according to plan and was a lot of fun. I really like the staff at Start Skydiving because they are nice and upbeat. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to try skydiving!

My first time skydiving was awesome! I reserved a spot online and had to work later that day, so even though the online reservation said the spots were filled, the friendly staff told me that as long as I arrived early they could fit me in.
I arrived at the drop zone as soon as it opened and was the first person to watch the instructional video (a little out of date) and get over into the hangar. The staff was so nice and informative and made me feel completely comfortable. I chose to purchase the video package which I think was an excellent idea and well worth the money - having the DVD and photos from my first jump means I can share the experience with friends who weren't there - and try to convince them to come too!
Overall great review - I can't think of any way my experience could have been approved upon! Highly recommend Start Skydiving for beginners and experienced jumpers alike!

Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process. This was my first jump and I had an awesome time and can't wait to go again. I had done my research of various jump sites and after much conversations, I settled on Start Skydiving in Middletown, OH. I will continue to jump here. Felt very safe.

This was absolutely the experience of a lifetime. I went with a group of friends on what had to be the cloudiest day of the summer and we still had a good time while we were waiting for the clouds to clear (which was 8 hours after we arrived). There were plenty of amenities to keep us occupied during our wait. They had inexpensive good food, tailgate toss, basketball, and other activities. When we finally got to go, the instructors were very experienced (mine had over 10,000 jumps) and friendly. The instructors were good at calming everyone's nerves. For instance, as we jumped from the plane, my instructor joked to the others saying, "You guys wait here while we go get help."(Hence the title) The jump made the entire wait worth it and I plan on coming back soon for my second jump.

For anyone wanting to experience free fall from over 13000 feet and want it to be affordable should go to StartSkydiving. They have a good team of people there, a nice concession stand with good food, and decent rates for photos and videos. For first time jumpers (such was myself) I highly suggest the video and photo package. It's definitely worth it. The planes were also very accommodating and watching everyone jump out of the back of the plane before myself was very thrilling. I will definitely do this again!

The staff of start skydiving was incredible. My jump coach was very helpful and reassuring and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way! My first jump experience couldn't have been any better! Go out and see them!!!

Skydiving has been the number one thing on my bucket list for years. My friend and I decided to finally check it off the list last week with the help of startskydiving.com. It was incredible! The staff was great, and I felt confident in their knowledge and expertise. I thought this would be a one time deal and I could mark it off my list as one thing accomplished. However, there's a good chance I may be addicted now. I'm already planning my next jump with my 58 year old mom. Shes excited too!

I went skydiving for the first time on Saturday and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly, and the jumpers made you feel at ease! I was so nervous but Lonnie and Alex helped me remain calm, laugh and have a great time! I would recommend Start Skydiving to everyone and I plan on going there again soon :-)

Everyone we came into contact with was wonderfully helpful. The facility was nice, clean & everything was well organized. Safety was definitely a top priority and the staff was very confident and professional. It was a fantastic experience, we plan to come back soon for another jump!

A group of us (several who were a little nervous) had our first jump this June. Upon landing, we immediately began planning our next jump. Start Skydiving's staff is incredible to work with (Gila was fantastic)! They made us feel so at ease and were extremely helpful directing us in what to do. While I was one of two that didn't get the video/photos, I would highly recommend it to anyone that is jumping for the first time. Once we got home, we watched the videos over and over again and laughed the whole time. Great job Start Skydiving!!! We're all coming back in August! Looking forward to seeing you then! And, I'll look forward to getting my video/pictures this time!

I went to Start Skydiving for my first jump in June of 2012. From the moment we stepped foot on to their property I felt so comfortable and at ease. The staff was remarkable and the facilities were great! My group of 6, in addition to several others, will be jumping again in August. This is the start of a very fun new hobby!

I was so nervous to go skydiving for the first time, as I'm sure everyone is, and my experience at start skydiving was the best I could've asked for! my instructor was friendly and funny, joking around and keeping me calm, but also very professional and serious about safety! I wasn't unsure for even a second, I knew I was in good hands!! I also got the video, which was great! the photographer did a great job and I'm so glad I caught my first jump on tape!!

I did my first jump here at StartSkydiving and I will never jump anywhere else again. They are so nice and but my nerves at ease from the second I walked in to their facility. On the plane ride up, they were so nice and funny and my videographer was amazing. If it weren't for the staff, I probably would have fainted the entire was up in the plane. They kept my mind off jump 13,000 feet until i actually had to jump and it was the best thing i've ever done. Can't wait to go back!

The staff is very friendly and put me at ease the entire time. The plane ride up, which I thought would be the most nerve wrecking, was so fun. All my nerves disappeared when I started talking with the staff. They were so fun! Definitely going back!

This was my first Skydiving experience and it was one of the best outdoor adventure I ever had. My family who was watching stated the staff seemed to be very professional. The Staff was polite and made me comfortable. My TI Lonnie Kirk was great. My adventure was worth the money I spent and definitely I had great fun.
