The Lincoln SPC provides 21st century jumpers with an aspect to what the best club DZs looked like in the 1970s. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. For me, the pea gravel pit was a real plus!

One of the oldest skydiving clubs in the United States, Skydive Radio started here, and LSPC has been awarded the Blue Skies rating for Best Cessna DZ. The club owns their own airport, two Cessna 182’s, friendly local jumpers, nice facilities, cheap jump tickets, several different disciplines from FF, RW, XRW, to Wingsuiting. Offers tandem jumps and static-line progression for student jumper and hosts the Redemption Boogie each year. Be sure to check out The Farmhouse Lounge just down the street from the DZ if you are passing through because it has skydiving memorabilia & you might just find D.B. Cooper.

I stopped @ LSPC because it's pretty much the midpoint on the drive from Twin Falls to Bridge Day. All of the locals were very friendly & the facilities were quite nice. The Cessna is quick and jumps are super cheap! I'll be back the next time that I'm passing through NE.

I was in Omaha for a couple of weeks on business and was able to jump both weekends I was there. I had a blast and met lots of awesome people who were friendly and hospitable. The club atmosphere was new for me and i loved it. The only downside was the smaller slower planes that I'm not used to but i had a great time and would definitely recommend checking out LSPC if you are ever in the area.

After doing my 1st jump tandem at a bigger DZ, I came to LSPC for static-line instruction. Like most students, the long drive out into the country to a remote airport gave me plenty of time to get nervous about what I was doing. Fortunately, my fears were soon put to rest by the professional and very thorough staff. Every instructor I worked with was very safety oriented and took as much time as necessary to make sure every student understood the point being discussed. This DZ actually is operated by a club, so the atmosphere is laid back and the profits are reinvested into the facilities. They actually own the airport they operate out of so there is nothing else going on there except for skydiving. As the page says, they have two very nice and well-maintained C-182s (with matching paint jobs, no less) and I've never had any trouble waiting around for a pilot. If you live in eastern NE or western IA I would highly reccomend the LSPC, especially if you are interested in being at a DZ that will make you feel like you belong there and are not just a customer. These guys know how to have a good time while keeping it safe and I'm glad I found them.

Nice overall facility. Were slow to get up in the air the day I was there but that has only been one time. Landing area appears tight from the ground before going up but that view removes all of those fears....ample landing areas.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, CALM, AND HELPFUL INSTRUCTORS. I TOOK THE S/L FIRST JUMP COURSE WHICH THEIR IT IS SPREAD OUT 4 HRS ON ONE EVENING THEN YOU COME BACK THE NEXT MORNING TO FINISH THE PRACTICAL PORTION AND MAKE YOUR FIRST JUMP. THEY ANSWER ALL YOU QUESTIONS, AND HELP MAKE SURE YOUR SAFETY IS FIRST. THEY TREATED ALL THE STUDENTS LIKE A KING. THEIR IS NOTHING NEGATIVE I COULD SAY ABOUT THIS DZ.
EXCEPT I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK.
