Was here for the boogie so that's all I can write about. Landing area was huge. Super fun vibe here with lots of coaching (boogie). Nice lake close by for some swimming. Parties were great and aircraft were awesome!

First of all the boogie was A plus. The cross country jumps truly an amazing experience.

Love the sunsets there, the moon and stars are so different there. Fred & family are national treasure they are first class everything, love the food there and hospitality I had my rig ship there and I was able to save money on sales tax simply by sending it out my state and having it sent there for the boogie the sales tax would of been 700$

The boogie in lost prairie was the best thing ever in my life for 2 reasons great skydiving, camping and because I love that part of the country.

This airport and drop zone were made by skydivers for skydiving. If that isn’t enough theirs the beautiful scenery, friendly people, riggers and instructors with decades of experience, and one of the best and longest running boogies in the world! If you haven’t been to Lost Prairie yet it should be at the top of your list. Its well worth the trip no matter how far you have to travel.

Not sure what to expect as this was my first boogie. Showed up a day early and was met by Fred before I even got stopped! Got me on a Cessna load with Ty to get a feel of the place and helped me get all my stuff set up. Boogie was awesome as well as all the staff at Lost Prairie! A++++++++++++++

Although Skydive LP is very secluded and out of the way, it offers what almost no other DZ can. Not only is it nestled in a beautiful valley, it has plenty of open space, super friendly staff, very safe enviornment, and all the facilities that you would expect in a big city enviornment. If you want to enjoy the Montana countryside, or just have fun with a lot of really friendly jumpers, this is the place to do it at!

Lost Prarie was a pleasure to jump at once the long drive was over. If you stay in Missoula, plan on a beautiful drive past Lake Flathead on your way. Didn't have time to check on hotels closer to the DZ, but there did appear to be a few available.

Drove out there while many of the fires kept some of the tourists out of town, but the DZ was clear. The staff was extremely helpful in finding a rig for me to use, and was even willing to quick turn it with a smaller canopy for me.
I definitely plan on going back next time I make it out that direction, but will probably find a place to stay a little closer than Missoula. Thanks for the great time fellas!

This is my favorite drop zone ever. The jumpers are friendly and always helping new jumpers find a place. The location is perfect. There is no airport, just the drop zone. It is away from the city and the hassles that creates. The equipment is maintained by one of the best Master Riggers in the Northwest. It gives you time to think and reflect on just why we all keep skydiving. Every summer, Skydive Lost Prairie is home to a boogie with Twin Otters, a Skyvan, and more. This is one of the funnest and safest boogies I've ever attended. It will be an annual pilgrimage for me. Hope to see you out there.
