This place is the best kept secret in skydiving. Best vibes on the planet. Nowhere else I have been quite compares to the friendly atmosphere and "good times" that you get at this place. Swoop pond, paintball fields, raging bands by the raging fires. Great mix of flat flying and freeflying and everybody gets along. NO SKYGODS!!! Great place to learn and jump. If you can't have a good time here...then you probably can't have a good time anywhee else.

The best summer, great people, sweet pond, probably one of the best learning environments out there(for all). Thanks for the jumps. Stay warm up there.

First off, let me say that I only jumped here on 1 day, but the vibe I got at the place was awesome. Everyone is super laid-back and friendly, and there is a large contingent of relative low-timers that made me (another low-timer) feel very at home. It's beautiful out there in the woods, and the scenery from upstairs is great. The plane climbs fast too. My only regret is that I did not get to stay for the parties, which I hear are kickin'. BUT, a couple things to keep in mind: the landing area is not the greatest. It is long, narrow, bisected by the runway, and the good part on the near side of the runway is (I believe) restricted to C licenses and above. There are trees on all sides throwing off rotors, and it may have just been a weird wind day, but in the 5-6 hours I was there, I saw an inordinate number of people pound in pretty hard on the landings, including some very experienced and competent jumpers. Also, and I'm not making any value judgments one way or the other, I saw some pretty aggressive canopy flying there. The way the winds were blowing, people sometimes had to essentially swoop the spectator area to avoid crossing the runway. One guy clipped a tent. Again, I was only there one day. But I think all data is good data if you're planning on jumping somewhere. That said, I will 100% be back there as soon as I get my own rig (the rental selection is somewhat limited). Next time I will stay for the partying too.

Hey folks- I did a Tandem with SNE last Fall, and you can bet your rig that I came back for my first AFF class. Not only did I come back, but I brought a bunch of my buddies who also wanted to give skydiving a shot. We camped out on Friday (some of us had an AFF class) and we all jumped on Saturday. The ground atmosphere is cheery, welcoming, and festive! My friends thoroughly enjoyed their jumps, and I'm moving on to AFF #2! A shout out to The Master- Preston! I've never had so much fun learning in my life! His expert training even made my line twist(3 or 4) easy to undo! Skydive New England is a party you'll never want to leave! (Mr Disgruntled above? Probably stayed up too late the night before... We all did that!)

I checked out Skydive New England the other day and found out why I'm never going skydiving there again. I did a tandem with them a while back and they treated me fine. Its when I came back the second time I noticed a lot of changes. Because I wasn't an "expert freeflyer" or a "jumpmaster", they wouldn't give me the time of day. The only time they would pay any attention to me was when I flashed the old dollar bills in front of them. The people there are nothing but homeless, arrogant, manipulative people you can meet. I highly recommend going someplace else if you want to be welcomed into the sport.

I am new to the sport of skydiving. The staff at Skydive New England treated me as if I was a veteran. Everyone was willing to help if I had a question. Because of this, I will hopefully be a part of the AFF graduating class of 2001. Blue skies!

By far the BEST dropzone I have seen. Clean, organized, fast, friendly, and VERY safe. I should also add.. VERY fun too.

This place is so great I'm bringing a group of people there- some of them I don't even know! I just walked down the street and told a guy he should jump, and now he's in the group.

Tandem's are great~ Awesome instructors. Next up, AFF...

The atmosphere is relaxed and safety-conscious. The instructors, DZOs, and staff are top-notch-- they’re knowledgeable, competent, and do what they can to help you feel at ease with jumping out of a perfectly good airplane. When the first jump leads to the second and the third and... they equip you with the skills and the confidence to develop into a responsible experienced skydiver.

Without a doubt, the best going. Great people who are willing to listen and teach. No question about safety first, fun second. A pleasure to visit and to jump.

Freaky flyers will find free flying fanatics. The resident crew provides free fly coaching, flocking dives, tracking dives, tube jumps, boogies and competitions. The absolute best post jump atmosphere of any dropzone I know.
