I first met the FFA crew when they were working for someone else at another DZ, and I was doing AFF. Since then they have branched out on their own and moved to Seville, and the next time I wanted skydiving instruction I remembered how well they treated me and how much fun I had with them, and I looked them up.

Since then I've done a canopy course with them and my FS1, and bought a rig as well (love my Pilot, BTW). Each time I've come away very happy, and a much better skydiver than when I started.

Nowdays I get out to Seville and jump every now and again because it's just somewhere I love to go. Certainly beats London. Skydive Spain has wicked planes, a lot of cool locals and a very relaxo selection of places to go unwind afterwards. Empuriabrava the party town it ain't, but Empuria doesn't have Giant Haystacks either. Even on fun jumping trips I try and make it out to see Freefall Addicts - they are genuinely some of the nicest people you could hope to meet, and the enthusiasm they pass onto their students seems to be infectious when you're all out for a beer.

Go FFA :)

I arrived at Freefalladdicts as a last minute (48hrs!) booking, for both the AFF course and as many of the consol jumps as I could fit in to my few days in Seville.

The course was one to one and run at what ever pace I wished. The training, facilities, accommodation and equipment were great and I managed to complete the AFF and seven of my 10 consol jumps in just 5 days. I only really appreciated what a difference both the fast climb rate and the 15,000 jump height/longer freefall time after the course.

I look forward to coming back to complete the consol jumps in the next few weeks. Many thanks to both Mike and Lamorna for a hassle free, enjoyable course.

I can highly recommend this bunch.!

It's hard to put into words the experience I had back in Easter; from the help (and extreme patience) of the staff to the actual experience of jumping out of an aeroplane at 15,000 feet it was a hell of a half week out in sunny spain.
The actual training was done very thoroughly by various members of the Addicts team (mostly Lamorna "patience of a saint" Harpin, I must add) - all of whom were extremely helpful and open to my constant nagging questions - and in what seemed like no time at all, I was at the dropzone staring into the plane and doing exiting drills. They were exciting as well, by the way.
The great thing about the WHOLE team is that they welcomed me into their house (their Penthouse house, I hasten to add!) and, although they were also looking after more experienced skydivers they still had 100% of their time dedicated to me and my worries/questions. This was also mirrored on the Dropzone itself on jump day - with great organisational skills (amnd what must ave seemed like endless jumps for them) they managed to get me to AFF Level 2 (probably the most I could have handled in my first day on a Dropzone) on what became a windy, cloudy day while at the same time making numerous jumps with other clients and getting them their Formation Levels.

And that's just the day job! An evening with Mike "It's all good" Worthington and Barry "007" Maple at Giant Haystacks (BBQ steaks and other delicious meat) followed by a few beers down the Boxer Bar is second to none. All in a day's work for them it seems...!

If you are a complete novice and fancy a go or an experienced skydiver, I can't think of anywhere better to spend a few days/week that with the guys from Freefall Addicts; I plan to go over again at Easter (nothing else takes the mind off teaching quite so well!) so I may see you there. I'll be the northern lad holding the beer with a stupid grin all over my face after a day's jumping.

Thank you all for a great experience

Recently completed my AFF course(and a few consolodation jumps)with Freefall Addicts and I must say, I had a great time and can't recommend them highly enough.

The instuctors, Lamorna and Mike, were brilliant. Very professional, no big egos, approachable and friendly, and were always on hand to give me some helpful advice or a much needed confidence booster - thanks for getting me through it guys!

The weather was good, the dropzone sociable and lively with a nice bar, and the Freefall Addicts apartment was cool too!

I'm definitely going back there again to finish off my consol jumps and would recommend the Addicts team to anyone wanted to learn to skydive.

Dave.

Got to know the crew in Llilo doing my AFF and followed them down to Seville. Have done a canopy control, packing and FS1 courses with them and found the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. Have been to Seville twice and am planning a third trip.

If you are looking to get into skydiving, or have found yourself a bit stuck on or after RAPS, these guys can help!
They offer quick and well priced courses of a professional nature, and will get you on your feet (or off them, so to speak) in the skydiving world.

Have just come back from third holiday I've had with Freefall Addicts, and am now planning a fourth. As a lone jumper for the moment, it's a great place to be - it feels like going to stay with friends. It makes it so much easier and more attractive.
I've watched Barry, Lamorna and Mike work with much more experienced people than me, which is very interesting and a lot of fun. And they give me confidence and I have enjoyed every jump I have made too.

I did my AFF level 1 with freefall addicts, which was my first ever skydive.

The instructor was very helpful, and left me feeling confident going into the jump, going through every step as many times as she and/or I felt were needed.

The weather was beautiful, which I hear is quite normal for this area.

I could not have asked for anything more, and highly recommend freefall addicts to anyone looking for a dropzone to learn to skydive.

This is the first time I have experienced anything to do with skydiving, I signed up for the AFF a month and a half ago however it is something I have been in contact with FreefallAddicts about for nearly two years now. Throughout that time the information provided and their approach to my potential visit was absolutely spot on. All my queries and questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. After intensive research of other dropzones and skydive training centres in Spain and Portugal I decided that FreefallAddicts definitely provided the best location, approach and comprehensive coaching to meet my fairly demanding needs.

I am happy to say now having completed my AFF and my consolidation jumps that it was an excellent choice. I have been made to feel very welcome here and being in such an understanding ^ professional coaching environment has definitely accelerated my learning curve within the sport, so much so I will be returning asap to continue my development with the FS1 course in September.

For anyone looking for consistent skydiving weather, an amazing holiday, personal achievemnt and to make new friends I would highly reccommend you pay the FreefallAddicts a visit!

I went to Spain in April to do my AFF and consols with free fall addicts and had an amazing time. The staff were great fun and easy to get on with but with masses of experience, I wasn't made to feel like a 'stupid student' getting in the way. The equipment was also top notch with lots of sizes available (invaluable when your a midget!). The weather was fantastic which ment you can get through the course in no time at all and there was plenty to do in the evenings if you have any energy left! All in all I had a great time and would recommend freefall addicts to anyone.

I recently returned to the UK from spending a week with Freefall Addicts on an AFF course.
It has been one of the most memorable weeks ever !
The team is brilliant - very professional and provide lots of encouragement as well as being friendly and sociable. Aircraft is brilliant and the facilities second to none, with new modern rigs and equipment.
The location is just great - sunny and fantastic scenery awaits you as you skydive.
Its not all work though the social scene is brilliant too and is much appreciated after spending a day skydiving.
Check out Freefall Addicts and you wont be disapointed...

In short I have just completed my AFF with these guys and I could not reccomend them more to the aspiring skydiver or complete newbie.

From booking to touch down back in the UK at the end of my trip, not one thing went wrong apart from my disability (or ability if you could call it that!) to fly on a heading in a bannana shape! This did cause me some problems with progressing but Barry my AFFI not once made me feel a let down and built my confidence up to get back in that door.If he was not as likeable and as kind to me as he was I do truly think I would have jacked it in there and then.

The kit is all brand new Aerodyne Icon rigs with Pilot canopys and Smart reserves and just looking at it made me get over that obsticale in my head that I might be jumping some piece of prehistoric set of underpants or something.

Their location at Sunny Skydive Spain is a brilliant choice with a fast climbing Dornier (that actually got us up to nearly 16 grand on some loads!), nice restraunt and bar to chill out after a hard days skydiving too. HUGE landing area and pretty jumpable weather most days!

On the only day I could not jump they took me to the beach! How cool is that! They welcomed me into their home as one of them and when I wanted an "out of hours" debrief because my head was spinning a bit, I got one, no questions asked.

I will be going back very soon to do my FS1 with them and I am confident to say I have made friends for life in these guys.

Wanna do AFF? Go there NOW with these dudes! You will not be dissapointed.
