DOM is April 1988. It is a 7 cell reserve and the reserve card, at least the ones that are still with the rig, show no reserve rides. An Orion reserve is made by Paraflite who also makes the Swift reserve. There are no rips or patches that I can see on the canopy. The label does not say what the size is, just the max. weight for the reserve is 215 lbs. so that tells me it is around 210 - 215 sq. ft in size for a wing load of 1:1. Although older it has been stored safely and properly.
