This canopy has 95 jumps on it.  It was manufactured in Oct of 2017.  It was in a Mirage M5 container, and comes with the risers.  My home DZ is Skydive City in Zephyrhills FL.  There are no rips or patches.  There is a rigger on site who could perform an inspection.
