on my 960th skydive (24 Feb 07) I had my 2nd malfunction. It is a packing error that should have been fixed during the packing process. I did not pack this main parachute. The malfunction is known as a step through. At the end of the video you can see the reserve bridal hit my hand. I saw it coming passed my face and tried to keep it away from my helmet. My hand was actually forced into my face a I had a small bruise on the bridge of my nose. This whole event took place from 3500ft (the first set of beeps)agl to 2500ft(2nd set of beeps) agl in 12 seconds. (YouTube Username: JTVal27)
