Learning to skydive involves a full day of ground training followed by a series of 9 jumps to complete the course. Each jump builds on your skills until you are competent to jump on your own. This is an internationally recognised course, so jumps here begin to qualify you for an international A licence. This video shows stage one which is an introductory skydive from 14,000ft. You exit the plane, practise pulling your ripcord, enjoy your surroundings, then open and fly your parachute to a safe landing. All supervised by your jumpmasters. Then the fun continues with stage two!
