Its time for the annual Dropzone.com Amateur Photographers competition again. If you're an amateur or aspiring freefall photographer, or simply someone who like to snap photos of skydivers as they land then this is your opportunity to win some cool prizes to feed your addiction! Optik

1st Prize - OptiK Camera Helmet by Bonehead

Each entry ending up in the Top 10 will win a Good Stuff DVD by Joe Jennings. The DVD consists of an hour of "Good Stuff" with chapters and commentary by Joe, and another hour of "More Stuff" featuring: behind the scenes work, plane to plane jumps, making the IMAX movie, skydiving commercials and more.

Competition Rules

  • Only registered Dropzone.com members can participate. (Registration is FREE!)
  • Only skydiving related photos will be eligible
  • Entries must comply with the prescribed naming convention under "Upload Instructions" on the Upload page. Incorrectly named photos will be deleted and will not be eligible
  • The judges decision will be final and we will not engage in any correspondence about competition results.
  • Employees and their families of Bonehead Composites, Flite Suit, Joe Jennings Productions, Dropzone.com and the judges may not participate.
  • Each participant may enter a maximum of 3 photographs.
  • By entering the competition the you:
    • give explicit permission to Dropzone.com to publish the material to the web.
    • declare that you own all the rights associated with and have personally taken the photos submitted
    • declare that you do not make a living from freefall photography
  • Winners will be notified via email. In the case where prizes are not claimed within 2 weeks after the close of the competition the runner up will be awarded the prize
  • Entries will close on 05/19/2002 at 23:59 GMT
  • Winners will be announced on Dropzone.com on 05/31/2002.
  • This competition is void where prohibited.
