Pro concept freefly suit

Pros: Looks cool
Cons: Poor fit. Sloooow delivery. Crappy service

In spite of a promised delivery time of 8 weeks, it took more than 12 weeks before receiving the suit from Empuriabrava in Spain. The suit had been custom made according to numerous very specific measurements taken and submitted through the on-line form, but nevertheless it did not fit at all. My team mate and I complained through email and were told that we had taken the wrong measurements, but Matter also agreed to alter the suits. The alteration took over 10 weeks to complete and the return shipment from Spain to Denmark apparently took 2 weeks (if they were in fact shipped when Matter claims they were). All in all the process lasted almost half a year, which is definitely waaaay to much for a product of this quality. In short: looks great! Crap quality and lousy, lousy service (unless you are a World class team under Matter's wings). Definitely do not recommend!

Pros: Quality & Craftsmanship, Customer service, Delivery on schedule
Cons: None

Main prio for me is quality and craftsmanship. And Matter can really deliver that. Every detail on the suit has carefully been taken care of. Great design to. The earlier problems with the deliverytime is now back on schedule and I recieved my suit within estimated deliverytime. Cedric has been my contact and he made me feel that I as a customer really did matter ;-) Thank's!

Pros: Durability, Quality, & Design
Cons: None so far....

Frida couldn't have been more helpful getting my suit right. Although most people think the service is very slow, the turn around time was four weeks for my suit. Flies great and fits perfect. Thanks Matter and thanks Frida....
