Pros: none
Cons: not even good music or explainations

If your looking instruction don't buy this video; it just doesn't do that in my opinion. It's just a bunch of jumpers telling you how cool it feels to do the manuvers.

Spend the money elsewhere

Pros: Makes a good door stop
Cons: No instructional material

No instructional material here whatsoever, the book is crap as is the video, it's basically just some OK-ish footage of Perris freeflyers and Elsinore types freeflying with some comentary on what type of flying this is.
