Hi! On april 24-29 there is going to be a swooping competition at skydivelillo, Spain. All swoopers are invited! In the attachment below you can see all the details and how to make your registration. We have a fantastic pond and we are preparing one of Europes best swoop meets. If you have any questions please send me a pm or a post.
I also have to mention that in this swoop meet the payment of the registration fee allows you to do all the jumps you can. The plane is from the spanish army and the competitors are going to have the opportunity to jumps all they can. Just try to hop in every load! This is an excellent way of training for the European Sason, losts of training jumps (all you can do), with excellent swoopers doing the same.
I´ll be there! By the way: it´s going to be my fourth or even fifth "Lillosession" this winter! I´ve never been there till early November 2006 and like it that much... flying out next saturday for trainingcamp number 3... see you there!

Yeah, it is me and I like the picture You took a lot!!! Thanks again, man!!! At the moment I am for the third time this winter in Lillo, will I see You there in April? Take care and all the best, Morris
Thanks to everyone who made this excellent competition happen! Organisation, courses and judging were perfect! Lillo rocks! Very special greetings to Toni - you are a very special person and I´m happy to know you!
thanks a lot for your very nice article about the SpanishOpen of CanopyPiloting at Skydive Lillo!!
I just found two very little things in it I´d like to correct.
"Wutzi Wagner lost his second place positioning by missing a gate in accuracy...".
The names are mixed up, it was not him but Rodrigo Ferreira of Portugal. Before that miss Rodrigo was jumping very very strong, especially in CarvingSpeed (he won the Silver in Speed). Wutzi (Wuzi?) Wagner also had excellent runs, especially in Accuracy (he won the Gold in Accuracy).
The overall medals you´r naming are of course correct!
The distances you´r naming are about 100ft too short. Have a look at the attached picture of a landing in a distance round just before the 120m (~400ft) mark (visible in the background). Results say that the longest runs have been about 15% further than the one in the picture...
(Picture has been taken by Team "MUDFLY" of Portugal.)
...and the "outrageous 280+ ft distance" would have been just a touchdown in the penaltyzones of the accuracy course...
(maybe it´s been a mistake in calculating meters into feet? the "easy way" is: meters x 3 plus! 10% not minus 10%, for example 120m x 3 = 360 + 10% (=+36) = 396ft, not 360 - 36 = 324ft... could this have caused the mistake?)

details....details.....
Yeah my mistake my maths is a little substandard.
See you soon Moritz!! Congrats again on the medal!!!
