Out of the canopie sthat you can buy new, what would you say is the best canopy for CRW?

Depends on who you are jumping with and what you want to do. Lightnings still rule for big-ways - many competition teams are jumping Storms now...

Having done CF on a Thunder-Bow. I can assure you that it is an excellent CF canopy and totally compatible with all modern squares. And probably most elipticals. Not to hot for rotations mind. And I reccommend wearing at least 8 knives.

The JFX, soon to be released. http://www.nzaerosports.com/daedalusJFX.php The problem is that all the other companies/CRW canopies are 2 decades behind in design, so you would have to purchase them as a team.

My team uses aerodine triathlon, good for rotations and not only.
