lodi, california, Help me out chikas Can't Post

Hello you bunch of beautiful americans,

Whats the nearest airport... (i'm flying from the mother land / Great Britain)

Anyone fancy picking me up and introducing me to the dz.

I'm planning a month stay or so, anyone got accomidation to rent, Caravan, or flat , or spare room..

I've gone bankrupt and lost my buisness this week, boo hoo!!!, but its time to get over that and jump and party like never before...

AS always thank you in advance....

Hey - way to go there Tongue

Don't forget to visit the $1 taco van if it's still there.

Say hi to Ed for me ...

And stay away from the BASE jumpers TongueTongueTongue

Nearest airport is Sacramento International.

If you're staying for a month, do try to get out and visit the other dz's in the immediate area - Skydive Sacramento (in Lincoln) and SkyDance Skydiving (in Davis) - while you're here. While neither one is as inexpensive to jump at as Lodi, they're both worth a visit.

when i went down I went via san fran. Sacramento is closer but it was cool to take the day and do the touristy stuff in san fran first.

The greyhound goes to Lodi, from there its just a few miles to the DZ. If you are hanging around the DZ you are going to want some transport as the DZ is out in the middle of nowhere.

Something tells me you're going to fit in well down there Tongue

Be careful - lickings ok between jumpers - but it could get you into trouble in SF TongueTongueTongue

Have a blast ...

But as one of the other posters mentioned - the DZ is a bit away from the town etc and it will make life easier if you have transport ...
