Every election many ballots are disqualified because they aren’t signed.

I personally think the signature block is kind of small. It is above where you print you name and address.

Don’t get in a rush when you fill out your ballot. Make your vote count!!

Please only vote for eight (8) National Directors, voting for more will invalidate your ballot.

Make sure the Regional Director you vote for is in your region.

Good point Steve. But I want to clairify one thing.

You can vote for UP TO 8 National Directors.

If you vote for only one to seven ND's your votes will count.

If you vote for nine or more your ballot will be disqualified.

And don't forget to sign your ballot!!!!

Putting the signature at the top of the ballot was a poor choice . . . people don't expect a signature at the top.

I addressed this with the Nominations and Elections committee years ago.

They have tried the top and the bottom...doesn't seem to matter...people don't/can't/wont' follow instructions.Crazy

Just to inform the membership, 200 ballots were thrown out this election, all most all of them for no signatures. I was informed that this will be something that is examined and an effort will be made to increase awareness to reduce the number of bad ballots.
