| Description |
Second jump after several months break. The main canopy had a malfunction (apparently line-over or a slider that did not fully decend) with a cutaway at 300-400 meters. The jumper did not pull his reserve handle because it was later found to still be in place.
AAD was a mechanical PPKU unit. |
