| Description |
| Due to a bad spot, the jumper landed downwind across a highway in an attempt to make it to the DZ field. On landing he fractured his leg, lost stability, tumbled forward and collided with a guardpost alongside road (he was wearing a helmet, but impacted with his chest). The impact caused a sternum fracture and tearing of the aorta resulting in immediate death.
