Description
Two jumpers were involved in a canopy collision. Both landed unconsciously, one under a main and one under a reserve. The jumper who landed under reserve died while the other was air-lifted to hospital with some broken bones. One jumper remained in freefall and struck the other jumper that was under canopy.
