| A female skydiver from Austria participated in a head-down from 4000m at DZ Klatovy in the Czech Republic. She deployed at 1000m and her opening and descent was normal. She had a hard landing and fell on her face injuring her head and breaking a leg. She died in Plzen city hospital on 2004-05-30. No further information is available at this time. |
