Description
Military HALO training jump. Suspected to have departed as an 18,000 foot night jump from a local airport with plans of jumping into second airport to have breakfast then depart back for additional training jumps.
It appears that the military jumper experienced a brake fire on his main that lead to a spinning malfunction that he failed to cutaway.
