| Description |
| From early reports it appears that this jumper had finished his turn onto final approach. At approximately 100 feet the left side of the canopy collapsed and tucked under and started a turn. When the canopy tried to recover it line twisted and the jumper impacted the ground in a spin. He had about 100 jumps on this canopy with a wing loading was probably about 2 to 1. The winds were fairly calm that day and little to no turbulence near the ground. |
