Description
Jumper was doing a demo into a high elevation landing area (4500+ feet) on September 29, 2006. He did a front riser turn followed by going to deep brakes to recover from the turn at a very low altitude. The jumper ended up impacting into the pavement at a very high rate of vertical speed. Initial injuries included a broken heal, pelvis and severed arteries.

The jumper was in the hospital for over 2 month and during that time he contracted a staph infection. This infection resulted eventually in his death.
