Description
Jumper was going a demo into an airport and exited the airplane with out issues. He was seen in freefall falling fairly stable but did not pull prior to impact. For unknown reasons the jumper did not deploy either canopy even though later testing of the gear found no issues.

Post-mortem exam of the body found alcohol in the stomach indicating consumption very shortly before the jump.
