Description
During a Solo jump the jumper pulled their main while under 1500 feet. While their main was opening her AAD fired and opened the reserve. The reserve entanged with the main. The jumper cut the main away and was found with both handles pulled. The entanglement did not after the cutaway and the jumper landed with out a viable parachute overhead.
