wasted vacation

Skydive Varadero Cuba Rated 1 by: airDICK on 2018-03-08

Pros: I wouldn’t know
Cons: They’re only open one day a week and they don’t communicate well

Wasted a trip and a lot of money trying to skydive here. Communicated with them prior to the trip, but when I arrived in Cuba and called the phone number they gave me via email they told me that they only jump on Tuesdays. At no point did they disclose this in the emails that were sent or on the website. I was there from Wednesday thru Sunday... so ya I didn’t get to jump even once!

Helicopter Jump

Skydive Varadero Cuba Rated 5 by: martin1sp on 2010-10-01

Pros: Staff,Location, vibe Dropzone!!!
Cons: None. Period.

We jumped here in Oct 2009. It was my first jump so it was a tandem Jump. The guys picked me up from hotel to Airport only 5 mins away. Talked through everything very professional and multi-lingual. The Russian Helicopter was great, made better by getting on it after a pleasure flight for other Tourists! Brilliant to see their faces!!!

Jumped at 12,000 ft and landed at the hotel beach bar of my Hotel, amazing. If you happen to be in Varadero Do it at the start of your holiday, I did it on 2nd last day, which meant I could only jump once more!!! It was also pretty cheap £100.

Happy Jumping People.

A Very happy Irishman
