Instantly become welcome. Everyone wants you to enjoy your experience. This place has become my second home and recommend this place to anyone. When I hear someone tell me they've been skydiving and it WASN'T Cross Keys, they have NO idea. The instructors are amazing, the videos are VERY well put together. The vibe is what makes this place. If you're a first time jumper, search no more. When jumping has ceased for the day on weekends, be ready to enjoy music, food, drinks and hell of a great time just talking about the days events and laughing your ass off. Love this place!

Been calling SCK my home DZ for over 15 years!!! It's gone through some amazing and startling changes over those years and has re-emerged, with Pico and Nadia running it, as a revitalized powerhouse in the skydiving world! Even at it's low point, the DZ's strong knit community and fiercely loyal core of employees, fun jumpers and support kept it afloat and continue to help usher it back in it's return to greatness! Welcome back SCK!

I have been jumping at this DZ for 3 years and every year it just seems to get better and better. I LOVE my skydiving family and they always take time to help be regardless of my skill level.

The owners really care and have done a fabulous job making this place super fun and safe!
I really tried hard to find something wrong but NOTHING…this DZ is open year round. They fly planes all day (depending on the weather) lots of boogie and load organizers. They bring in the experts from all over for training.

It is my favorite place in the whole world….CROSS KEYS MAKES ME HAPPY!

I completed my AFP at this Drop Zone in about 4 weeks. I am working towards my A License and beyond. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The instructors are patient and spend extra time making sure you understand what is going to happen with each jump before you get on the plane.

I highly recommend that you go on your first tandems here... you'll be hooked and want to jump on your own. The tandem crew makes sure you are relaxed and ready for your first jumps. They let you do some of the work which helps you learn quickly and makes you want to jump again.

The parties are a blast and everyone makes you feel like you're a part of the family.

The owners are adding new planes and making upgrades the hangar and facilities. Happy to call Cross Keys my home!

Professional tandem instructor there i saw, nice and friendly. i did my currency jump there after 3.5 years and the process meted out by Mike is very professional, comprehensive and considerate.

DZ is easy to spot from up there.

Plenty pond swooper there so a great place for canopy swooping.

Driving there is easy on GPS!

About 4 weeks ago I had a landing accident in which I had susstained a fracture and torn ligaments to my ankle. Kelly(A.F.F. instructor), Darren (Skydive U)and Kelly(Tandem manifest)came to my rescue immediately after I collided into the ground. The injury and accident was very unfortunate. However, the care that I received was bar none. They basically handled myself and my injury as if I were a shot president. They were just great. And if that weren't enough, Molly(Skydive U), Mary(Square 3 thanks for being so understanding Mary), Kelly(A.F.F Instructor)and Darren (Skydive U) called me at home just to see how I was doing.

They all just keep failing to disappoint me. I'm beginning to think if Crosskeys is really a Dropzone or if it's a dream world. Freefall Adventures, Skydive U and Square 3 are just too good to be true. I recommend that everyone should leave all their dropzones and start going to CrossKeys.

Keep up the excellent and impressive work guys!

Friendly environment doesn't even describe a 1/4 of the this DZ's qualities. Let's begin with the DZ crew. Clark, Joe Diaz, Kelly, Molly, Darren, Gio, Jacko, Jason, Dave Pancake and all the rest were very helpful towards helping me get through AFF. Clark, Joe and Kelly are not only great instructors they're also smart, efficient, calming and they always look out for your best interests. They stand behind you 1000%. Without these guys at the DZ, it's just a plain 'ol big field with a plane and people falling out of the sky. They deserve to be where they are and if I could give them an award, I would. They never brush you off when you ask them any questions, even after you finish AFF. They are bar none the BEST!!!! I failed 3 levels twice each but they kept encouraging me to do better and supported me all the way! They deserve an incentive bonus! Get it Dale?!!

I've just got back from 2 weeks at Crosskeys, i went out there because John Eddows, one of the big cheifs, sent Stuey, Spotty and Toast to the BPA AGM in January '01.
I travelled over 3,000miles to jump a steerman bi-plane, which, might i add was soooooo cool!! but also to visit those guys at the MonkeyClaw freefly school (http://www.monkeyclaw.com)
I travelled to Crosskeys all by myself, and i think within 2 days, i knew everyone there!! I had no problems finding anyone to jump with, and i received so much good advice!!
Okay, so i was let down a little bit, only because Stuey told me it would be good weather.... On arrival i found that the weather back home in England was 10 times better!
I highly recommend this dropzone to everyone, the Frankenotter is cool (even though it scraped half the skin off my foot!, didn't hurt though)
And just a quick word of advice,
Ignore the Monkeyclaw guys when they try to talk you into a Voodoo Container, they won't admit it but they all really liked my brand new Javelin Odyssey!

Quick hello to:
Jacko, Mark, Jason, John, Stuey, Tim, Bert, Heath, Adam, Kelly, Toast, John, Stacy (x2), Jori, Melody, Shani, Betty, Alan, Mary, Dale, Skeff, Geoff, Boxman, Flav, Fric, Hutchco,
Mike,Georgie and anyone else i forgot (not on purpose!)

Ive been visiting Xkeys for 1 1/2 years now. Ive only done 3 tandems in all that time but I still go out there on a regular basis. Whether its to get advice, talk about my upcoming AFF lessons (started today!) or to just visit and shoot the breeze, Cross Keys is a place I find myself at often. Theyre staff is great, you can tell their a dedicated buch cause they're always around. Questions dont really go unanswered at Xkeys, cause you can always find somebody to help with any problems.
I think today was my best day out there yet, it even beat the day a DZ truck had to pull my ambulance out of a mud hole ( i will never again park any vehical, even if it is an emergency vehical beyond the red lines) I woke up today knowing that they were calling for a huge snowstorm. Still, I hoped to get at least one jump in after ground school. That didnt end up happening, but I still got a lot of new learning experiences. Not only is my AFF coach a extrememly skydiver, but so was his "student", another employee working on getting his AFF coaching cert, who was sitting in on our lesson. So i had the benefit of being the only student, with two awesome skydivers! Everything was explained in a very detailed manner, and after each new lesson, my JM asked me if I had any questions then did a quick verbal check on me, throwing out questions about everything we just reviewed. What i really appreciated was the fact that he was so consistent and insistant that i learn what he's teaching. He didnt just tell me and move on. He made sure I knew what I was talking about, and that I knew it inside out. Instead of lecturing and demonstrating the entire time, he made me show him and demonstrate everything I learned, time and time again.
I dont mind that I didnt get to jump today cause of the weather, cause ground school made me feel comfortable enough that I dont feel the need to get up there and jump right out of the classroom. Everything was gone over so many times, its already a part of me. looking around the house, im wondering "where can i practice my exit? where can i practice PLFing?"
In any case, im glad that Xkeys is where i find myself starting out. Cant wait to learn and advance.

I've jumped at several DZs, and I have to say that I still love Cross Keys. As a skydiver, manifestor and web master there I get to see the whole picture of the place- an incredible staff and huge skydiving population. Although it is a large DZ, the atmosphere is still family like. Never a problem getting coaching or finding people to jump with, even as someone right out of AFF. Pretty much anything i could want is there, even a balloon. Overall a very well rounded place with any ammenity you could want- riggers, store, cafe, fast planes... =c)
