Treated poorly and no compensation, even from owner!

Skydive Harbor Springs Rated 1 by: qv2 on 2016-08-15

Pros: Well, it is once in a lifetime
Cons: Extremely poor customer service

Horrible experience booking, rebooking, getting return call or email, did not get video as promised and THEIR coupon was questioned repeatedly and made me feel as though I were cheating them! Several email exchanges with owner led to NOTHING. He gave me a list of excuses for staff behavior and did not once offer any sort of customer service or compensation AND he couldn't even be bothered to spell my name correctly when it was right in front of him. Insult to Injury. If I were you, I'd find something else to 'cross off my bucket list'. This is too expensive to be treated this way.

Terrific First Time!

Skydive Harbor Springs Rated 4 by: advgman on 2008-08-28

Pros: View, speed, atmosphere
Cons: Class

First time jumper: The perfect place to begin my addiction to skydiving! The views from freefall where priceless! The Mackinac Bridge, the sand dunes, Harbor Springs, and Lake Michigan provided what I can only expect to be an incomparable jump. A definite repeat in my lifetime!

One of the most scenic jump in the USA!

Skydive Harbor Springs Rated 5 by: Mudge on 2006-05-12

Pros: Great Staff, beautiful scenery and safe!
Cons: don't bring your cons here...

Located just off the shores of teal blue water and lush greenery. The landing area is wide open and experiences little turbulence. Jumps at Beaver Island, in the middle of Lake Michigan, are fantastic! These jumps run once a week, usually on Wed. Come jump with a great group under blue skies.
