on my 960th skydive (24 Feb 07) I had my 2nd malfunction. It is a packing error that should have been fixed during the packing process. I did not pack this main parachute. The malfunction is known as a step through. At the end of the video you can see the reserve bridal hit my hand. I saw it coming passed my face and tried to keep it away from my helmet. My hand was actually forced into my face a I had a small bruise on the bridge of my nose. This whole event took place from 3500ft (the first set of beeps)agl to 2500ft(2nd set of beeps) agl in 12 seconds.
