NVertigo V - Nice shell, shame about the rest!

So purchased one of these about 9mths ago...
The sizing is mad! Or they sent the wrong size and will not admit it. I have a normal shaped 58cm head (!). I ordered the L as per their sizing chart…. No chance! Squashed my head ouch! I then paid for this to be swapped for an XL…. Up to this point, not too worried, just extra shipping charges hitting my budget!
I Get the XL – How big!!!! Over a 2cm gap at the front….

Needless to say, this does not fit…. After 4 months of chasing them down for some help, they finally sent me a custom fit kit…. Or rather some random off cuts of foam they had lying about…. Do not be fooled into a custom fit kit – rubbish and does not work! You also have to rip out the liner which is over glued everywhere… I have tried to make this work…… It’s just rubbish!
I am left with a helmet that does not fit properly and a company that does not care!
Since all this, I have tried an Nvertigo V on in a L (someone else daft enough to buy one!)…. Surprise surprise it fits without any issues… Can only be one thing, they sent the wrong size originally…..

I have since pointed this out to the “customer service” team – They don’t care and have done jack about it!

Apart from this, the helmet shell is nice and the chin cup works…. Just do not expect a quality or customer service….. Wish I would have saved my money and bought a TonFly! I have given then time to sort things out, but they just don't care.

Really like these and have received fantastic customer service when I had issue with screen.
Only downside is I don't like the lace on system and the protector is also not great if you want to attach on multiple bits of kit e.g. helmet to mud flap, etc.
