Great software, greater guy and support

Review of: Manifest Windows XP in Unknown Tag: 'cat_linked'

Pros: Easy to use and DJ goes out of his way to design, modify and fix anything that's needed!
Cons: I have found none

Coming from a small 182 DZ, club run too, we really hadn't messed too much with the need for a manifest program. We'd been happy with our pens and paper and some software but felt the need to upgrade to something new. We looked into the other software packages available but for the cost, just wasn't worthwhile for us.

We had looked into Manifest Windows XP and DJ about a year or so before though the club didn't feel the need to switch over. Finally I convinced them that it was time for a change.

I contacted DJ and was quickly emailed and offered a walk through of the software and on that first day I was convinced and just needed a majority vote from the club. DJ spent about 4-5 hours the very first day walking me through all the windows, functions and teaching me how to use the software so I fully understood it's potential. I also suggested things that might work better for our operation to which he promptly took note and said he'd include it for us.

The decission to purchase the software was a quick one. Once everything was set up he then did an online demo for 3 of the other club members one evening and showed them the uses of the software.

From there to now I'd estimate DJ and I have spent on the upside of 20 hours going over what can make the software better for our DZ. All of his time, support and additions free of charge, part of the package and what a package it is. You could never beat his service he provides, dedication to his software and how he stands by it. I'd strongly suggest it to any DZ, large or small and the cost is unbeatable, only $300. Microsoft doesn't even stand by their products and support as much as he does.
