Worse Customer Service Ever, Dishonest Lying Thieves, Poor Manufacturing

Cons: Expensive, Dishonest, Horrible Fit

To make a very long story short. I ordered the deluxe freefly pants and jacket from Matter Clothing. I also paid for the rushed order. THREE MONTHS later my suit arrived. The pants were about 13 inches too long and the jacket was so tight that it was almost impossible to move in it and it literally choked me with the pressure of a rig on because the neck was so tight. I contacted Matter and gave them my body dimensions to make sure no mistakes had been made. The dimensions they had on file were correct but they urged me to try out the suit. I did and it was unusable. After too many e-mails to count they finally gave me an address that they wanted me to return the suit and promised to expedite a replacement. After months of waiting and e-mails the suit hadn't arrived. Cedric the owner personally e-mailed me and promised the suit would be sent ASAP. FOUR MONTHS later no suit. I finally just asked for my money back which they said they would do but then NEVER actually refunded the card. I had to resort to filing a credit dispute to get my money back months later which was a huge ordeal since the original charge was so many months before. I delt with Frida, who apparently left the company during this ordeal and then Cedric Dumont the owner and Julie their customer service person. It took many hours e-mailing Matter and talking to my credit card company to resolve this matter and finally get my money back by disputing the charge. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

Classic Freefly Suit

Pros: Very Well Made, Good Customer Service
Cons: Long Delivery time

After ordering my Classic Freefly suit i paid the 'extra' 50Euros to get the order rushed (aprox 2 weeks). The extra rush payment didnt seem to rush the order at all i ended up waiting 8 Weeks. Suit was delivered, and was 1,the color was not what i specified and 2,the sleeves were far too long! Suit was returned and a 'new' suit was shipped out with mods with no extra expense to myself. Customer service is second to none, ok i had some problems but they were all sorted out professionally! Very impressed with the suit, great materials, great fit and great build quality. Built to last !!! Overall i would recomend this company. If you are thinking of paying the extra for your rush order. Be sure to contact the company directly to confirm the rush order time! Otherwise you could end up paying extra ŁŁŁ for no reason!

Nothing else Matters.

Pros: Great quality, great customer service, short lead times.
Cons: None.

I ordered a Classic custom suit on Matter's website, it was waiting for me when I arrived at their homebase, Empuriabrava in Spain.

All my questions were answered promptly and I found Matter's customer service very helpful and very friendly. (thanks Cedric!). I expect that the presence of a second jumpsuit manufacturer (Sonic) at the same DZ assures high quality in every aspect.

I've been told by several people that Matter suits are very tight, and I was glad I had myself measured wearing winter clothes underneath, or my new suit might have been too tight. As my rigger put it: Matter makes technical clothing designed to fly well, not just to make you look pretty at the DZ.

The suit looks great, it's heavy duty quality. In the measly 25 jumps I've made with it, the velcro on hands, feet and neck has stayed put like it was glued closed.

The material of the suit (polycotton) is nice to wear and seems to be resistant to the high wear and tear environment of skydiving.

The suit was also significantly cheaper than my RW suit, but I am not sure that that is a valid comparison.
