I've just gone into my dz.com email for the first time in monthes and found a few emails I never new existed. I don't use my dz.com email, so I assume nobody sends to it. I'd rather not have to check it.
Can we have one of:
1) notification of new messages, similar to PM's.
2) ability to "turn off" email with a .vacation style message or similar.
3) ability to forward dz.com email to my normal email address.
I don't care which one, but one of them should be done. It seems to me 2) or 3) would be relatively simple to implement.
I have found that people tend to send me PMs rather than e-mail as the "New message" flashes up when you have a pm but you can't tell if you have an e-mail. I don't tend to use my dz.com address for non skydiving stuff so it is fairly small but I still don;t want to miss stuff.
It would be a very nice feature because I have had things sitting in there for a long time that I did not get to. Most people do send PM's but some do send the email..
a nice little Email up there when an Email arrives would be a very nice thing for all of us here on Dizzy
