Off the top of my head, it's basically a style set: 360 turn right or left, backloop, 360 turn opposite direction, frontloop. In a certain amount of time. OR you can do a 4-point 4-way which is usually much more entertaining!
You know I applaud the USPA for updating the requirements for your A license, now why can’t they do it for the other ones. I mean I never did a single style type thing until I wanted to get my C license.
For CSPA, its the International Series, which is 360 Left, 360 Right, back loop, 360 Right, 360 Left, Back loop, under X seconds (cant remember how long from the top of my head now), but 18s rings a bell....
used to be 14 for the C, right (man its been a while since I took the instructors and aoach courses....).
I must say that I think the way the CSPA re-did the licence req. is pretty good, by having people chouse a couple of skills out of a list of a few more (RW, FF, style, Sport Acc, Acc, .....)
But then again, my next licence will probably be the BPA D....
