I'm writing this, since for about 80% of the problems people experience in the forums, they can be fixed by a single solution.

1. Delete/remove all cookies from your browser (that varies from browser to browser, but start by looking in your options).

2. Close all instances of your browser.

3. Reboot your computer

4. Go back to dropzone.com and try logging in again. Besure you have your password right and your caplocks isn't on if you're having problems there.

That should take care of the problem. If it doesn't, then post your question. Cool

Although this doesn't fix every problem, this fixes a lot of problems, before you post about your problem, try these steps first. Since these are the steps that will most likely be recommended to you anyways. CoolCool
