If you have problems imporing and editing Canon XC15 4K footages in Premiere Pro CC, you can adopt a video software to help you. The one that worked for me is Pavtube Video Converter for Mac, (compatible with my new macOS Sierra). The program can easily import and convert Canon XC15 4K footages to Premiere Pro CC supported best video for smooth editing.
