Gatorz customer service non-existant? Can't Post

I've had Gatorz for 12+ years, and the pair that I had for the last 5 years cracked on the back of a tandems head.

I've tried calling, left messages, and tried calling some more. No call backs from voicemails, and simply no answer at any of the extensions, to the point it's become a game that can't be won.

I don't need customer service from my sunglass company, but when my expensive eye protection breaks from light knocks, it sure would be nice to simply have the company answer their phone.

Who can recommend a solid pair of skydiving sunglasses?

Interesting. I lost the hinge pin on mine and they sent another one out at no charges after an e-mail. They were a bit slow in getting it to me but eventually did.

Don't know how true this is.....but, I heard they are currently doing some restructuring or some such and aren't doing any warranty or customer service stuff at the moment.

I have no clue as to how long this supposed to last Unsure

I have had good service from them in the past. Sent two pairs in to replace the lenses and they did both pairs for the price of one.

They are no longer delivering until further notice. Most of their staff has been let go.
