I propose that dropzone would have a separate forum/folder/locker, not for discussions or opinions, but for links to or copies of final official investigation reports of serious incidents; that are discussed in incidents forum.
The current forum is superb, but it would be nice to have an easy route to final verdict.

An other other question regarding useful material on mishaps. What would be a good source on stills pictures on canopy failures f.e.x. photos taken with pilots own camera or with camera of someone observing the sequence close by?
I dunno about stills, but there are a bunch of videos of mals/cutaways on skydivingmovies.com. I'd assume most stills that exist would be frame grabs from videos anyway.
