Try PD. I've gotten scrap pieces from them in the past. You can probably buy first-quality new as well.

If you call PD they sell scrap fabric by the pound, mainly ZP but you might be able to get F111 scrap from the reserves they make. No Choice on colors but I have found they have a pretty wide mix in most bags.

I'll call PD.
Since they use F-111 to build the Ace and Blackjack canopies, hopefully they'll have some scraps that I can use to patch them.
