Looking for Camcorder with good zoom and more

I have a little project that I need a camcorder for, needs to have:
- Good optical zoom - Waterproof - Shock resistant - Record in Slow Mo (60fps I think that is) - GPS (not required but would be nice)
It doesn't have to be helmet mountable but that would be a bonus.
I found myself looking at the Sony HDR-GW77. On paper it looks like the right idea. Price tag is a wee bit hefty and the zoom is 10x. I wonder if there is anything similar and better value for money?
The more optical zoom the better. I never seemed to like the results from the digital zoom.
