Midland/Odessa TX area mid December

It looks like I may be shipping out to Midland for a week or so starting about the 12th. Any locals have recommendations for where to jump, or just what in that area will be open on weekdays?
I looked at the website for Westex, Eagles Nest wouldn't load, and I can't find the hours listed anywhere.
I know I could just call tomorrow, but I'm impatient and addicted to the internet.
