If big bully sell stuff at a loss - they hurt them self - not competitors, price wars is the win win for consumer, don't you think so?

Not really,
In the long run after the bully runs off the competition they have a monopoply, than they can jack up the prices higher than before.
There are plenty of DZ's in FL with lots of Peeps that are loyal to their Home DZ. With the price of gas and a couple of extra hr's of driving is the trip to lake Wales going to be worth it.?
Some of that will depend on how many jumpers will show up.
Tandems on the other hand, might get interesting
Time will tell

A one day sale to open up a new business is hardly a price war. Do you really think they believe they will run off the competition and create a monopoly?

Probably not. Just like any other retailer, they hope to create some amount of repeat business and brand loyalty.
