I am looking for Malcolm Randolph that created the Skywriter manifest software back in 1998. He was from Maine I believe. Can anyone help me find and get in contact? No luck on FB.

I do not know about this person or the software, I did do a quick search and looks like this person is out of business. I am a software developer that would be interested in assisting you with what you have or maybe helping to create a new manifest package it that is an option. let me know. Thanks
