Skydive Radio #182 with Jeff Nebelkopf and Sita Lane is now available. Enjoy.
Skydive Radio returns to the winter studio in Sebastian, Florida. Congratulations to all this years US Nationals competitors. Rookiefest was a huge success this year with nearly 50 participants. We talk about Felix's record breaking jump. Steve gets turned down for a jump by a listener. You might be a newbie if...you follow the teams out at 10.5K. Is wingsuiting freefall? Stump reports on the Skydiving Museum event in Eloy. Pic of the Week - Celebrity caveman Moe Viletto waiting in his cave for a break in the weather on a big wall in Norway and keeping up with SDR. Photo by Craig Fenstermaker. Makeshift art work by Sherpa Bama Baker. Conversation with Jeff Nebelkopf and Sita Lane about their world travels in skydiving over the past 6 months. Shoutouts to listeners for some great SDR gifts.

Let me preface what I am about to say with the assertion that I heart Skydive Radio.
I started listening when I started getting into skydiving; the show and I started roughly the same time, give or take. I listen to each episode as soon as it comes out, I look forward to it when it's late, and I think of the SDR crew as friends I haven't met yet. So I say this with love:
The conversation about whether or not wingsuit time counts as 'real' freefall was the single most boring ten minutes of the show's entire history. And I know, because I have listened to every second of it. Seriously... even listening to it at 2x speed.
Fortunately, Moe Viletto in an actual cave, and Steve Lefkowitz getting turned down by randoms made up for it
