hi guys! here is a video of a training 2way from last weekend. I (orange helmet) just got my firt RW suit so it's more or less my first time working with booties. would love to read your comments as RW instruction is scarce in my area
1) Never look under your shoulder, under any circumstances. 2) Arch harder to kill the wobble. Stick your d-k in the dirt, and point your toes at the same time. You'll end up using muscles that you never use in the rest of your life. 3) Be sure and keep your hands under the plane of your chin (like you're already doing). Also, make sure the people you're doing RW with do the same. Otherwise, when you bring your hands down to take a grip, you'll put a pulse into your fall rate, and the whole formation will pulse, especially if you're in a center slot.
For 100+ jumps, you're doing great! Keep jumping with that other guy, too ;-)
