Measuring for a longer chest strap Can't Post

Am having a new container built and would like a longer chest strap. I'm not planning on doing any laid out superman swoops, but would like to have enough length to allow for full expansion of risers and such.

What's a good formula for deciding on strap length?

Measure from nipple to nipple, and multiply by three.

Or just follow the order form and make a note that you want a long chest strap, I think most manufacturers are familiar with the concept.
